    Babka Nutella. Deliciously sweet and addictive bread swirled with Nutella and topped with buttery cinnamon crumbles! Babka has been on my "to-make" list for so long! The seemingly intricate swirls and layers of chocolate and yeasted brioche-type bread make it so impressive and beautiful.

    Babka Nutella The lemon and mandarin zest really make the dough so aromatic. This nutella babka has a soft brioche, which is filled with nutella and baked to perfection! It takes some amount of work (& time!) to put it all together but one bite into it and it all seems worth it! Kamu dapat membuat Babka Nutella menggunakan 15 bahan dan 9 langkah. Berikut cara kamu membuat itu.

    Bahan bahan dari Babka Nutella

    1. Persiapkan Bahan A.
    2. Kamu memerlukan 300 gr tepung protein sedang.
    3. Kamu memerlukan 3 gr ragi.
    4. Bahan 30 gr gula.
    5. Persiapkan 10 gr susu bubuk.
    6. Kamu memerlukan Bahan B.
    7. Kamu memerlukan 1 butir telur utuh.
    8. Kamu memerlukan 1 butir kuning telur.
    9. Bahan Bahan C.
    10. Persiapkan 75 gr mentega (suhu ruang).
    11. Persiapkan 3 gr garam.
    12. Kamu memerlukan Filling.
    13. Bahan 100 gr nutella.
    14. Bahan 29 gr mentega soft (saya skip karena tidak punya).
    15. Bahan 30 gr kacang cincang.

    Babka Nutella Cara membuat

    1. Campur jadi satu bahan A.
    2. Tambahkan bahan B mixer perlahan, jika sdh tercampur, ulen manual sampai adonan tidak ada yang menempel di wadah, kemudian masukkan bahan C mixer kecepatan tinggi sampai adonan kalis.
    3. Kemudian istirahatkan adonan 15 menit.
    4. Kempeskan adonan dan pipihkan, beri olesan nutella dan taburi kacang.
    5. Kemudian gulung memanjang adonan dan iris tengahnya,sisakan bag ujung, dan bentuk silang adonan.
    6. Letakkan adonan pada cetakan.
    7. Oven adonan saya menggunakan suhu 160° selama 40 menit.
    8. Ini penampakan roti setelah matang.
    9. Pas gigit pas coklatnya hemmm enak.

    Place on top of Nutella-topped dough sheet, stretching slightly to fit. Roll dough up starting at one long side; pinch.
