    1. Panaskan oven dalam suhu 165°C.
    2. Siapkan loyang yang biasa buat bikin loaf (persegi panjang pokoknya saya lupa ukurannya).
    3. Olesi dg mentega, bubuhkan terigu dan beri kertas panggang.
    4. Campurkan terigu, baking soda dan garam. Sisihkan.
    5. Campurkan telur, gula dan minyak sayur sampai tercampur rata dan tidak ada butiran gulanya.
    6. Kalau sudah tercampur, masukan campuran terigu, baking soda dan garam dalam adonan. Mixer kembali.
    7. Kalau sudah halus adonannya, masukan ekstrak vanila, susu cair dan pisang matang yang telah dihancurkan.
    8. Kalau sudah, masukan dalam loyang dan panggang sekitar 50-60 menit di oven api atas bawah.
    9. Cek kematangan, kalau dirasa belum cukup matang didalamnya bisa ditambahkan waktu..
