    1. Siapkan bahan2nya.
    2. Aduk air dengan kopi instan, sisihkan..
    3. Kocok dengan mixer mascarpone, kuning telur, gula dan vanilla hingga lembut. Sisihkan. Kocok dengan mixer putih telur gula dan vanilla bubuk. Aduk kedua adonan dengan spatula sisihkan.
    4. Celupkan biskuit ladyfinger di cairan kopi, susun, siram dengan adonan mascarpone.ratakan.
    5. Taburi dengan parutan dark chocolate. Ulang kembali. Biskuit diceluokan ke kopi. Adonan mascarpone dan ayak cocoa powder..
    6. Dinginkan di freezer selama 4-6 jam, potong2 dan sajikan..
