    Sayur Asam. Sayur asem or sayur asam is an Indonesian vegetable soup. It is a popular Southeast Asian dish orginating from Sundanese cuisine, consisting of vegetables in tamarind soup. The sweet and sour flavour of this dish is considered refreshing and very compatible with fried or grilled dishes, including salted fish, ikan goreng, ayam goreng and lalapan, a kind of vegetable salad usually served raw.

    Bahan bahan dari Sayur Asam

    1. Kamu memerlukan 1 buah jagung di potong-potong.
    2. Kamu memerlukan 1 ikat kacang panjang harga Rp 1.000.
    3. Bahan 1-2 ikat daun melinjo.
    4. Bahan 1/4 kol harga Rp 1.000.
    5. Kamu memerlukan Segenggam kacang tanah.
    6. Bahan 2 lbr daun salam.
    7. Persiapkan 1 sdt gula pasir.
    8. Persiapkan 1 sdt garam.
    9. Kamu memerlukan 1 bks kaldu ayam.

    Sayur Asam Langkah-langkah

    1. Siapkan semua bahan bumbu halus. Kemudian haluskan (saya menggunakan copper)..
    2. Siapkan semua bahan sayur seperti kacang tanah, jagung di potong kecil-kecil, daun melinjo, kacang panjang dan kol di potong-potong..
    3. Didihkan air. Setelah mendidih masukan daun salam, lengkuas geprek, jagung dan kacang tanah kemudian masukan bumbu yg sdh di haluskan tadi dan tambahkan air asam jawa..
    4. Setelah jagung dan kacang tanah empuk, masukan sayuran yg lain seperti daun melinjo, kol dan kacang panjang. Tambahkan garam, gula dan penyedap rasa, test rasa bila sdh pas segera matikan kompor agar sayuran seperti kacang panjang tdk benyek..
