    6. Masukkan ke wadah yg bisa menahan panas, saya pakai kotak stereofoam yg dibantu dengan icegell yg dihangatkan atau gelas yg diisi air panas untuk membantu mempertahankan suhu. Inkubasi selama 6 jam.
    7. Setelah 6 jam keluarkan, diamkan di suhu ruang kurang lebih 1,5 jam, kemudian masukkan ke ke kulkas semalaman. Hindari dari goncangan yaa..
