    DOLSOT BIBIMBAP (돌솥비빔밥) Bibimbap, sometimes romanized as bi bim bap or bi bim bop, is a Korean rice dish. The term "bibim" means mixing various ingredients, while the "bap" noun refers to rice. Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) or kimchi. Kamu dapat membuat DOLSOT BIBIMBAP (돌솥비빔밥) menggunakan 22 bahan dan 11 langkah. Berikut cara kamu memasak itu.

    Bahan bahan dari DOLSOT BIBIMBAP (돌솥비빔밥)

    1. Kamu memerlukan Bahan Utama.
    2. Bahan secukupnya Nasi.
    3. Kamu memerlukan 1 bh wortel.
    4. Kamu memerlukan 1 ikat bayam.
    5. Persiapkan 50 gr tauge.
    6. Persiapkan 150 gr jamur kancing.
    7. Kamu memerlukan secukupnya Garam.
    8. Bahan secukupnya Lada.
    9. Persiapkan 1 sdm kecap asin.
    10. Bahan 1 sdm minyak wijen.
    11. Kamu memerlukan 2 sdm minyak goreng utk tumis.
    12. Persiapkan Biji wijen secukupnya.
    13. Persiapkan Telur goreng bisa matang/setengah matang.
    14. Bahan bahas saus.
    15. Bahan 100 gr daging cincang.
    16. Persiapkan 4 sdm gochujang.
    17. Bahan 2 siung bawang putih cincang.
    18. Bahan 1 sdm kecap asin.
    19. Kamu memerlukan 3 sdm gula.
    20. Kamu memerlukan 1 sdm minyak wijen.
    21. Bahan secukupnya Lada hitam bubuk.
    22. Kamu memerlukan Biji wijen secukupnya.

    Today's recipe is bibimbap, a super-popular Korean dish you might have heard about already! It's made of a bowl of rice, sautéed and seasoned vegetables (namul: 나물), a bit of hot pepper paste.     DOLSOT BIBIMBAP (돌솥비빔밥) Langkah-langkah

    1. Potong wortel menjadi bentuk korek api, dan potong tipis jamur.
    2. Panaskan minyak lalu tumis wortel lalu tambahkan sedikit garam dan lada.
    3. Ulangi proses yg sama pada jamur kancing.
    4. Masukkan bayam pada air mendidih hingga layu lalu angkat.
    5. Bumbui dgn minyak wijen, kecap asin, bubuk bawang putih dan biji wijen secukupnya lalu sisihkan.
    6. Ulangi proses yg sama pada tauge.
    7. Untuk membuat saus, panaskan sedikit minyak lalu tumis daging cincang, tambahkan lada hitqm bubuk, bawang putih cincang, gochujang, kecap asin dan gula lalu aduk rata tunggu hingga meresap, lalu tambahkan minyak wijen dan biji wijen, koreksi rasa.
    8. Oleskan minyak wijen pada stone pot, masukkan nasi, lalu tata sayuran di atasnya dan panaskan di atas api.
    9. Tunggu sesaat hingga nasi sedikit gosong lalu matikan api.
    10. Tambahkan saus, telur goreng, dan nori..
    11. Aduk semua bahan hingga rata dan selamat menikmati.
