    1. Siapakan semua bahan.
    2. Sangrai satu persatu dan terpisah : Teri medan (Pastikan kualitas bagus ya, cuci dlu lalu keringkan lagi. Langsung juga boleh. Me: cuci dlu lalu dijemur smp kering) sangrai hingga coklat kering, lalu sangrai wijen hitam dan putih hingga coklat jgn gosong ya moms, sangrai ikan lele/pengganti (Katsuobushi-> hanya diremas2 jika ada). (pastikan yg disangrai hingga mengering semuanya).
    3. Sangrai bawang putih hingga halus (bagi yg gak punya bubuk) lalu blender yah. (Teri medan habis sangrai blender kasar) lele juga blender kasar.
    4. Bahan2 yg telah disangrai. Siapkan wadah atau mangkuk. Snack seaweednya dihancurkan atau gunting yah moms. Lalu masukan semua bahan dalam 1 wadah+garam jika tingkat asin blm cukup (selera)+gula pasir+cabe bubuk (skip juga boleh/kreasi sendiri sesuai selera). Note: jika memakai nori lembaran sebaiknya sangrai sebentar lalu hancurkan.
    5. Aduk hingga rata dan koreksi rasa.
