    1. Blender strawberry dan yogurt terlebih dahulu. sisihkan.
    2. Campurkan semua bahan A dlm bowl, kocok dgn balon whisk hingga rata dan membentuk pasta. sisihkan.
    3. Mixer dgn kecepatan tinggi putih telur + garam + COTT hingga berbusa. lalu masukkan gula secara bertahap (3x). mixer hingga kaku / stiff peak.

    5. Tuang adonan dlm loyang loaf yg sudah dialasi baking paper. aku pake sz.20cm. oven dgn suhu 170*C selama 55 menit dgn teknik au bain marie.
    6. Setelah matang, segera keluarkan cake dr loyang. biarkan di rak pendingin. setelah dingin baru di potong2 ya…
