    5. Selagi menunggu adonan panaskan oven tangkring dengan api sedang-besar. Jika oven sudah panas, buka adonan, oles permukaannya dengan air. Jika sudah, masukan adonan, panggang selama 25-30 mnt dengan api sedang-kecil. Selama pemanggangan putar-putar loyang setiap beberapa mnt sekali & tukar posisi loyang setiap 10 atau 15 mnt agar matangnya merata.
    6. Setelah permukaannya terlihat kecoklatan, angkat roti. Selagi panas oleskan dengan mentega agar tetap lembut & glowing permukaannya 🤭. Tunggu sampai benar-benar dingin baru di sobek ya, supaya roti nya tidak peyot/kempes.
