    Cara Mudah Membuat Lezat Muffin Milo Cheese

    Muffin Milo Cheese. If desired, you can add chocolate chips for extra chocolate flavor. You can also use gluten free flour for this recipe if you wish. We prefer to enjoy these muffins plain, however you can also ice them with a simple chocolate icing – we use this recipe.

    Bahan bahan dari Muffin Milo Cheese

    1. Bahan 120 gr susu UHT.
    2. Kamu memerlukan 80 gr susu milo (bagi menjadi porsi 70 gr dan 10 gr).
    3. Persiapkan 60 gr gula pasir.
    4. Kamu memerlukan 75 gr mentega/ margarin, lelehkan.
    5. Kamu memerlukan 1 butir telur.
    6. Persiapkan 10 gr bubuk coklat.
    7. Bahan 180 gr tepung terigu (segitiga biru/ kunci biru).
    8. Kamu memerlukan 2 sdm baking powder (memang banyak yaaa…).
    9. Kamu memerlukan Kacang mete dan keju cheddar untuk taburan.

    But I like it as is since milo is already sweet for me. Spoon into mini baking muffin pan and top with extra cheese. Grease your mini muffin pan with little oil. You can use normal muffin pan as well.

    Muffin Milo Cheese Cara membuat

    1. Panaskan oven 220°C.
    2. Larutkan 70 gr milo dengan susu UHT, sisihkan.
    3. Campurkan tepung terigu, 10 gr milo dan baking powder, kemudian ayak ke dalam mixing bowl.
    4. Tambahkan gula pasir, aduk rata.
    5. Tambahkan semua bahan basah (telur, mentega leleh dan susu) ke dalam bahan kering (campuran tepung td).
    6. Aduk dengan whisker sampai rata, adonan kental dan berat.
    7. Masukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan muffin (sy isi hingga 3/4 tinggi cetakan).
    8. Taburi kacang mete dan keju cheddar, atau sesuai selera.
    9. Turunkan suhu menjadi 200°C, panggang selama 20 menit, sesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing..
