    4. Diamkan kembali sampai mengembang 2x tutup dengan plastik/kain..
    5. Panaskan suhu oven 180'c..setelah itu turunkan ke suhu 150'c,,masukkan adonan roti yg sudah mengembang taburi tepung terigu tipis-tipis atasnya dengan cara diayak pakai saringan(kegunaan ditaburi atas roti dengan tepung adalah untuk menjaga tekstur roti agar tetap lembab dan lembut..
    6. Oven selama 17 mnt..
    7. Sangat lembut..siap dioles dgn segala topping…
