    Cara Mudah Memasak Yummy Beef Soup (Sop Daging)

    Beef Soup (Sop Daging). Sup Tulang or Sup Daging is one my favourite dishes to order when I visit a Malay eatery. Sup Tulang, literally Bone Soup in Malay, usually refers to beef soups which are made with beef that is still attached to bones. I did not have any bones, I use beef shanks instead – making it Sup Daging (Beef Soup in Malay).

    Beef Soup (Sop Daging) Sup Lobak Daging – Daikon and Beef Soup. Normally I eat the soup as is, with a bowl of steamed rice, and a couple of dishes. But when I want a quick and simpler meal, I boil some rice noodles to make a rice noodle bowl for a quick and satisfying lunch, kind of like Vietnamese pho.     1. Bahan 150 gr Daging Has Dalam.

    10. Persiapkan secukupnya Kaldu bubuk.

    13. Bahan 1.5 L Air.
    14. Kamu memerlukan 3 sdm Minyak Goreng untuk menumis.
    15. Kamu memerlukan 2 Ruas Jahe Geprek.
    16. Bahan 3 btg Cengkeh.
    17. Persiapkan 4 bh Kapulaga.
    18. Bahan 1 btg Kayu Manis.
    19. Persiapkan 2 bh Bunga Lawang.
    20. Persiapkan Bumbu Halus.
    21. Persiapkan 5 siung Bawang Putih.
    22. Persiapkan 3 siung Bawang merah.

    You'll love how the broth of this beef soup recipe is slightly thickened so it's like gravy and has extra flavour from a secret ingredient! So many beef soups are watery and dull. The soup is a fabulous cold weather meal, and the fact that it is made with beef shanks means it is easy on the budget. The bones from the shanks add flavor to the soup, but stewing beef or cubed beef chuck are good alternatives.

    Beef Soup (Sop Daging) Langkah-langkah

    1. Potong Dadu Daging yg sudah di bersihkan,kemudian Rebus sebentar untuk membuang kotoran2,Lalu Tiriskan.
    2. Haluskan Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih.
    3. Potong2 Wortel,Kentang,Buncis, Kol putih, Daun Bawang, Seledri, Tomat,.
    4. Rebus Air didalam panci, sambil menunggu Tumis bumbu Halus sampai Wangi dan berubah Warna,.
    5. Masukan Bumbu yg sudah di tumis kedalam Rebusan Air, Masukan Daging yg sudah direbus,.
    6. Masukan Bunga lawang, Kayu manis, Cengkeh, Jahe,Kapulaga.
    7. Jika Air sudah mendidih,Masukan Daun Bawang, Wortel, kentang, Buncis,Kol.
    8. Masukan Garam, Merica, Kaldu bubuk, Gula, Koreksi Rasa.
    9. Jika semua bahan udh empuk, Masukan Tomat (tomat dimasukan belakangan biar gak hancur dan masih ada Texture crunchy).
    10. Setelah itu Sajikan untuk keluarga.

    I worked with what I had on this winter day. I used beef stew meat for this soup. Brown your meat and add the seasonings that you like. I use pepper, garlic and onion powder and a little salt. Once the beef has been browned, you can then add your stock/broth and your vegetables.
