    16. Persiapkan 1 sdm air perasan jeruk nipis/lemon (boleh ditambah).

    Serve this crispy fish with "chips", coleslaw, malt vinegar, tartar sauce or baked beans! This homemade British fish and chips recipe has been a long time coming.     1. Letakkan ikan dori fillet di talenan. Tepuk-tepuk dengan tissue dapur untuk mengurangi air dipermukaannya dan bagi jadi beberapa bagian (punyaku ga terlalu gede jadi potong jadi 2).
    2. Lumuri permukaan ikan dengan tepung maizena. Tipis tipis saja.
    3. Tekstur adonan basah ga terlalu encer, ga terlalu kental. Masukkan ikan ke dalam adonan basah.
    4. Goreng di minyak panas, api kecil saja. Hingga kuning kecoklatan dan kering.
    5. Tartar sauce tinggal campur rata semua bahan, cicipi rasanya. Harus gurih, sedikit asam segar.
    6. Tata ikan, kentang goreng dan saus tartar. Siap disajikan 😊.

    To make the flaky texture, take one of the tofu pieces and slice the tofu part way through repeatedly about ¼" apart. Scoop up the chips, shake off the excess oil and set aside. Coat the fish fillets first in the flour mix then in the batter. Any 'meaty' thick filleted white fish is good. In a third dish, combine cornflakes, cheese and cayenne.
