    8. Kembali ke adonan roti, setelah mengembang, kempiskan dengan meninju bagian tengah adonan. Uleni kembali sebentar saja. Pindahkan adonan ke meja kerja, taburi dengan terigu agar tidak lengket.
    9. Tipiskan adonan kurang lebih 3 cm dan berbentuk segi empat menggunakan roll pin.
    10. Olesi atasnya dengan coklat filling & taburi dengan filling cinnamon. Sisakan masing2 bagian pinggir sekitar 2 cm tanpa diolesi filling.
    11. Gulung adonan sambil agak dipadatkan, kemudia belah memanjang tanpa putus..
    12. Setelah adonan terbagi 2, pilin adonan dan simpan di dalam loyang yaang sudah diolesi margarine. Tutup menggunakan plastic wrap. Proofing kembali 30-45 menit.
    13. Setelah adonan mengembang kembali, oles atasnya dengan egg gloss. Panggang di dalam oven bersuhu 180°c-200°c kurang lebih 30 menit atau sampai roti matang (tergantung oven masing2).
