    3. Di wadah yang lain, kocok putih telur & air jeruk nipis hingga berbusa. Lalu masukan gula secara bertahap & kocok hingga soft peak.
    4. Masukan 1/3 putih telur ke dalam adonan kuning telur & aduk balik hingga rata. Masukan seluruh putih telur kembali & aduk balik semuanya hingga rata.
    5. Masukan adonan ke dalam loyang uk. 16 yang sudah diberikan minyak & dialasi baking paper, lalu panggang selama 50 menit, suhu 150°.
    6. Untuk saus mangga: masak mangga & gula hingga gula larut & mengental. Pastikan mangga seluruhnya sudah hancur. Lalu saring lagi jika perlu. Tambahkan air hingga kekentalan yang diinginkan. Terakhir tambahkan 1sdm air jeruk nipis & aduk rata.
